Welcome to the Severn School of Psychiatry. Severn is extremely supportive of trainees and listens carefully to any concerns/worries/wishes that you may have regarding your training post. The best way to ensure this level of communication continues is to have core representatives from each year of core training.
There can be multiple trainees for each year, this helps to broaden feedback from different localities and improves attendance as we know you won’t be able to make all meetings.
Meetings include Core Trainee Group and Quality Assurance meetings
If you cannot make a meeting you can always forward your concerns to core trainee chair – Dr Ahmed Sharafeldin. This way your concerns will still be raised.
